1 5 oz can of white tuna, white tuna, drained

1 chopped red pepper

1 cucumber, cut lengthwise

½ of chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic, chopped

½ cup of chickpeas or chickpeas

½ cup of olives, cut in half

½ cup chopped fresh parsley, optional to decorate

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, in juice and zested



Combine the red pepper, cucumber, red onion, solid white tuna, garlic, olives, chickpeas and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix well before adding olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and cool in the refrigerator. Serve cold and enjoy!

1 5 oz can of solid white albacore tuna

2 cups cooked rice

2 tablespoons of olive oil, the vegetable oil is also good

3 shallots in cubes

2-3 tablespoons of your favorite sauté sauce, we recommend Tamari or Teriyaki

1 bunch of chopped broccolini

1 bunch of chopped chard

1 large, spiral carrot

1/4 cup of broccoli sprouts

1 teaspoon salt and white pepper, to taste

1 file, optional to decorate

2 teaspoons of honey, optional to decorate



Cook the rice and reserve. In a large skillet or wok if you have one, cook the olive oil over medium heat until it shines. Mix the shallots and the white tuna. Cook for 3-5 minutes and stir occasionally.


Add the sauce of your choice and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to cover the tuna and lightly caramelize. Add broccoli and chard. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the carrots and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the broccoli sprouts at the end and cook for 1-2 minutes.


Remove from heat and squeeze the lime juice to garnish if desired. Serve over rice and sprinkle honey on top as a garnish as well. Enjoy!

3 5 oz cans of solid white albacore tuna Bumble Bee®

12 tortillas, flour or corn

1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated

2 cups red enchilada sauce

1 cup of sour cream, alternatively use Greek yogurt for a low-fat recipe

¼ cup of green sauce or green sauce

1 cup of lettuce, grated to decorate

1 avocado, sliced ​​to garinish



Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Combine Bumble Bee® solid white albacore tuna, green sauce and sour cream or Greek yogurt in a medium bowl. Leave some sour cream of Greek yogurt to decorate. Heat the tortillas for 1 minute in the microwave.
