INGREDIENTS

1 5 oz can of white tuna, white tuna, drained

1 chopped red pepper

1 cucumber, cut lengthwise

½ of chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic, chopped

½ cup of chickpeas or chickpeas

½ cup of olives, cut in half

½ cup chopped fresh parsley, optional to decorate

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, in juice and zested

2 cups cooked rice

2-3 tablespoons of your favorite sauté sauce, we recommend Tamari or Teriyaki

1 bunch of chopped broccolini

1 bunch of chopped chard

1 large, spiral carrot

1/4 cup of broccoli sprouts

Cook the rice and reserve. In a large skillet or wok if you have one, cook the olive oil over medium heat until it shines. Mix the shallots and the white tuna. Cook for 3-5 minutes and stir occasionally.

INGREDIENTS

3 5 oz cans of solid white albacore tuna Bumble Bee®

12 tortillas, flour or corn

1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated

2 cups red enchilada sauce

1 cup of sour cream, alternatively use Greek yogurt for a low-fat recipe

¼ cup of green sauce or green sauce

1 cup of lettuce, grated to decorate

1 avocado, sliced ​​to garinish
